Coaching
Individual
Bob can provide support to someone with a new assignment, groom talented staff, or help an individual adopt personal style changes. His relationship with the coachee is confidential. The process starts with Bob developing a thorough understanding of the firm's culture, management process, and performance expectations. Typically, the coachee will take an assessment and or participate in a 360 exercise to foster self-awareness. Then, Bob will help the individual develop a set of powerful goals and identify the action steps that will lead to their achievement.

Team
Bob can work with a team to improve the group's effectiveness through self-awareness, goal clarity, and goal alignment. His relationship with the team is confidential. The process starts with Bob developing a thorough understanding of the firm's culture, management process, and performance expectations. The engagement involves personality assessments, team exercises, and group goal-setting. Then, Bob works with the group to develop an impactful set of goals that will improve interactions and attain better results.
