Bob Brandt has been the president of several companies including one that had 1200 employees. He is a consultant to family-owned businesses in a variety of industries including manufacturing services, capital equipment, and construction.

Bob has helped clients develop operational excellence in highly competitive environments, integrate acquired companies, develop staff, and plan for continuity. He is a leader-coach with an outstanding track record and a proven process for developing talent.

Bob is a Certified Public Accountant with an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State. He was an adjunct faculty professor at Gettysburg College and York College.

Bob is currently a director of Wagman, Inc (York, PA), Kennie’s Markets, Inc (Littlestown, PA), and RG Industries, Inc (York, PA). He is also an advisory board member at Precision Cut Industries, Inc (Hanover, PA). Bob has been involved in many community organizations, and has served on the boards of Wellspan Health, the Children's Home of York, the York Community Foundation, and Junior Achievement.
