The engagement involves personality assessments, team exercises, and group goal-setting. Bob works with the group to develop an impactful set of goals that improve interactions and attain better results.

Individual

Bob can provide support to someone with a new assignment, groom talented staff, or help an individual adopt personal style changes. His relationship with the coachee is confidential. The process starts with Bob developing a thorough understanding of the firm's culture, management process, and performance expectations. Typically, the coachee will take an assessment and or participate in a 360 exercise to foster self-awareness. Bob will help the individual develop a set of powerful goals that focus on personal style changes, performance outcomes, and professional development.
